• Be a founder, executive, or senior decision-maker in your organization.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate and verifiable information when applying or registering.

We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our discretion to maintain the integrity of the community.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Voice of CXO:

• For lawful and professional purposes only.
• To engage respectfully with other members.
• Without posting or sharing offensive, defamatory, or misleading content.

You may not:

• Misrepresent your identity, role, or affiliation.
• Use Voice of CXO for unsolicited sales or recruitment.
• Disrupt community events, sessions, or online discussions.

Any misuse may result in suspension or permanent removal from the community.

4. Events, Roundtables & Podcasts

Voice of CXO organizes curated events, podcasts, and roundtables for its members. By participating, you agree that:

• Events may be recorded or photographed.
• We may use recordings, images, or quotes for community highlights, newsletters, or marketing (with professional discretion).
• Proprietary or confidential information shared in closed sessions should not be disclosed publicly without permission.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you contribute (e.g., comments, profiles, or podcast appearances). By sharing content on our platform, you grant Voice of CXO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and promote that content for community or marketing purposes.

We own all rights to the Voice of CXO brand, website content, and visual materials unless otherwise stated.

7. Partnerships and Sponsorships
