Community Guidelines
Last Updated: November 2025
Welcome to Voice of CXO — a private community where founders, executives, and innovators come together to connect, collaborate, and co-create the future. These guidelines define how we engage with one another to keep our space authentic, valuable, and trusted.
By joining the Voice of CXO community, you agree to follow these principles at all times.
1. Lead with Integrity
Voice of CXO is built on trust. We expect members to engage authentically — using real names, real roles, and real intentions. Please represent your company, position, and expertise truthfully.
2. Respect Confidentiality
Our conversations often include sensitive business strategies, leadership insights, or investment discussions. What's shared within a roundtable, podcast, or private session should remain confidential unless explicit consent is given to share it externally.
Rule of thumb: If it's not yours to share, don't share it.
3. No Selling, Only Sharing
This is not a sales platform. Our members are here for meaningful dialogue and genuine connections — not pitches. Instead of selling your product, share your perspective, experience, or lessons learned. Influence through value, not volume.
4. Contribute, Don't Consume
Voice of CXO thrives when every member participates.
- Share insights from your industry.
- Join discussions.
- Offer help when someone's asking for guidance.
Your voice matters — and it strengthens the collective intelligence of the network.
5. Be Respectful and Professional
Disagreement is natural; disrespect is not. Engage with empathy, listen actively, and challenge ideas — not individuals. We do not tolerate hate speech, harassment, or discrimination of any kind.
6. Support Diversity of Thought
Our members come from diverse backgrounds, industries, and regions. Embrace this diversity. Different perspectives lead to stronger ideas and more inclusive leadership.
7. Protect the Community's Reputation
Voice of CXO represents a global network of leaders. Please avoid behavior — online or offline — that could harm the reputation of the community or its members.
8. Be Thoughtful When Featuring Others
If you wish to highlight another member in a post, article, or podcast, always seek their permission first. We value collaboration, not assumption.
9. Give Credit and Attribution
When sharing insights, data, or quotes from other members or sources, always credit the original contributor. Integrity builds credibility.
10. Help Us Improve
Voice of CXO is a growing, evolving community. If you notice behavior that goes against these principles or have ideas to improve member experience, please reach out.
Violations & Consequences
Members who violate these guidelines may receive a private warning, temporary suspension, or permanent removal — depending on the severity of the issue. Our goal is not punishment but preservation of trust.
In Summary
Voice of CXO exists to empower leaders to connect authentically, share openly, and collaborate meaningfully. When you participate with integrity, curiosity, and respect — everyone benefits.
